Is my bank password stored?
No. Plaid handles bank login on its own secure page. We only ever receive an encrypted token — never your password, never your card number.
What banks are supported?
Plaid's US + Canada coverage — CIBC, RBC, TD, Wealthsimple, Capital One, plus a long tail of credit unions.
How often does it sync?
Four times daily by default. The manual Sync button is gated by a 5-minute cooldown so we keep API costs predictable.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data stays yours. Account deletion wipes everything within 30 days, including encrypted Plaid tokens.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — on iPhone and Android. Open Zero in Safari or Chrome and tap "Add to Home Screen." It opens fullscreen like a regular app.
